“TAKE TWO” means that a person can work more safely by taking two minutes to think through a job before the task is started. The T-A-K-E (Talk, Actions, Knowledge, Equipment) Two checklist is an effective method in investigating and preventing accidents.

Daily Pre Start Work Meeting

A daily meeting, reviewing safety, work objectives and potential issues.

Job Safety Analysis

Is a safety management tool in which the risks or hazards of a specific job in the workplace are identified, and then measures are taken to eliminate or control those hazards. More specifically a job safety analysis is a process of systematically evaluating a certain job, tasks, processes or procedures and eliminating or reducing the risks or hazards to as low as reasonably practical.

Project Quality Plan

Defines a set of activities planned at the beginning of the project that helps achieve Quality in the Project being executed. Airfab Pty Ltd ensures that all goods manufactured directly or by sub-contractors are supplied to the level of quality specified. Through the use of a plan created at the beginning of each major project designed specifically for that Clients needs.
